It seemed like a 10 to me in everything. Human treatment comes first, especially Dr. Montilla. He took his time to explain point by point each test performed and the results of the analysis. Very close. Everything was very fast, when it came to making an appointment, when it was time to do it and to give the results.

This center should improve both administration and the way analytics are managed. Unfortunately, for health reasons I have to go every month for both consultations and blood tests and the queue is always endless. Is waiting an average of 30 minutes to perform a simple urine culture normal? Or is it normal to have to wait in a 20 minute queue to swipe the card? I don't know if I'm just unlucky, but I always have to wait a lot. People do not go to the doctor out of pleasure but out of necessity and the owner of the center, Mr. Sonlleva, should improve this point. The specialists are good, but the management of the center and the eternal waits to swipe the card or leave a sample are endless. I think we have to learn from constructive criticism, which is exactly what this is.

My reference medical center. They recommended it to me a couple of years ago when I went to live in Segovia and had an injury and now I use it for everything, from opticians, analysis, and GP. They are serious, very kind and punctual (which is extremely rare in healthcare) nowadays I recommend it 100%

Appointment for resonance 7:15 p.m., we arrived at 6:50 p.m. on time, until 7:10 p.m. waiting in line to inform us that we have arrived, they tell us that they are half an hour late. At 9:13 p.m. the resonance begins. A shame.

There is a girl at the reception who answered a question we had and she did it very quickly and very well explained. Great girl, I think it was Paola because I asked her name, she is very kind and friendly. It is always appreciated to see a smile when meet you
